Ten years ago we decided to have RE-BATH remodel our master bath tub/shower area. One of the deciding factors was the lifetime warranty that covered all material and labor. Little did we realize that, one day, we would discover just how comprehensive our warranty actually was. In Feb, we met with Danielle at Great Lakes Home Renovations to review our original documentation. She was very understanding and sad for our inconvenience. She would forward our documentation to the main office and call us back with their decision. We were ecstatic when Danielle informed us that RE-BATH would provide a total remodel, at no cost. Our next contact was Dave B. The guy in charge of taking all measurements to ensure a truly custom fit and to enlighten the homeowner what to expect during tear out related to noise and dust. He recommended the removal of items hanging on the walls and to check closets for breakables - great points! And finally, it would be remiss of us not to give a shout out to our fantastic remodel crew. We cannot compliment Hassan and Andrew enough. They were prompt, professional, courteous and tidy. The whole project, from complete tear out to full restoration, was a testimony to their excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Thanks RE-BATH and our entire RE-BATH crew, we are totally happy with the results. FIVE STARS all the way!

Thank you Rebath for my new shower. The contractors did a marvelous job and I cannot wait to try it out. The two young gentlemen were very efficient and worked well together and with us to provide beautiful place to sit and relax or quick shower with out knocking things over and having to bend to pick them up. Ben and his associate were very neat and helpful by asking where we wanted the grab bars and the seat and making suggestions that were helpful to us. We will be very happy with it for years to come.

Installers were friendly, efficient, and thorough. Door was done in 3 hours. During the process, we discovered an uninsulated cavity below the threshold. The installers went ahead and filled it with some leftover fiberglass insulation I had from a previous project. A dent was found (manufacturer or transit, not from the installers) and steps were immediately taken to rectify the situation (new door slab forthcoming). Very satisfied and loving the new door.

We were looking at several different Companies to do a complete Bathroom remodel and we gave Great Lakes the first opportunity. A Salesman named Justin, came to our House and showed us what Great Lakes had to offer. We collectively designed a Bathroom that would exceed our expectations. One of my few request, that would "Make, or Break" the deal was; (1.) The Cabinets, Vanity and Medicine Cainets had to be made out of Solid Wood, with no Particleboard, or Plywood under Veneer Wood. (2) We need to have a functional Shower in a day. We have a 1.5 Bathroom House. Justin said that he may not be able to make that happen in on day, but possibly in 2 days. I agreed to 1 to 2 days to have a functuonal Shower. The job cost about $17,000.00 and gave Justin $10,000.00 "Cash," as a down payment. Josh did mention later on, for us to get a "One free week," Gym membership, to use the Showers. Then, cancel the membership when our Bathroom remodeling job is done. We don't treat and use people that way. The Bathroom remodeling project started on December 2nd and today is now December 6th. The job is complete and Ben and Josh just left our House at 1740 hours. It was not possible to have a functional Shower till December 6th. So, that was an EPIC FAIL and a FULL ON LIE, what Justin and I talked about and agreed too. One to two days, turned into 5 days, without a Shower. Ben and Josh were assigned to our Bathroom remodeling project. These two guys worked in perfect synchronization during the entire process. Ben and Josh know what they are doing and stayed on a structured timeline. Great guys to talk with and share life experiences. I only wished that I had one full day to prime and paint the walls and ceiling. I actually stayed up all night on December 5th, to prime the walls and ceiling twice. I also Painted the walls that night, but was experiencing dust embedding into the paint. So, I had to sand down those areas that were contaminated and paint them again. I never had time to paint the Ceiling and would not have that finished when Ben and Josh show up in the early morning. So, I still have a Ceiling to paint. The Bathroom looks amazing and Ben and Josh did superior work and installation. I'm very happy and satisfied with Ben and Josh. These are the kind of people that gives a Company it's reputation. Justin on the other hand is a Salesman and wanted to make "The sale." What Justin and I talked about, pertaining to a shower in 1-2 days, NEVER HAPPENED. Typical Salesman? I don't know for sure. My advise to any Salesperson, don't say somerhing to a customer, if you can't make it happen. Do not mislead customersn in believing in something that is not true. That is unacceptable and dishonest. Moreover, this is what gives a Company a bad name and especially in the competitive market.

Comment: Hassan and his crew did a very good job on both our upstairs and basement bathrooms. He is a great communicator, explained in detail about the project, and was very hard working. He paid attention to the details and cleaned up after each day. We are happy with the results of the project and would recommend Hassan.

There are many reasons why we would recommend Great Lakes Home Renovations for your next home improvement project, but here are the highlights. Professionalism: the crew was punctual, arriving on time and when necessary staying late to ensure a smooth installation process. Quality: the materials used are aesthetically pleasing as well as robust. Communication and transparency: Great Lakes Home Renovations makes an effort to work within the homeowner's budget by working within the homeowner's preferences and will suggest solutions to problems (such as meeting building codes) that may help the homeowner minimize costs during the project. If an unanticipated event arises during the project, the crew will contact the homeowner up front and discuss it in terms a layperson can understand so there are no surprises later. Attached are the before and after pictures of our project. Because of Great Lakes Home Renovations, we feel that we have truly added value to our home!

Very satisfied with my bathroom renovation project. Chuck from sales was easy to work with, ensured that all needs of my project were met and we settled on what I considered a very reasonable price for the scope of work. The installer, Hassan, did an excellent job completing the project before I left for a week long vacation. Incredibly pleased with the long hours he was willing to put in to finish the project before this deadline, he was very friendly and provided daily updates. He truly went above and beyond what I expected and the install looks great. Ran into a minor plumbing issue (partly operator error) and the Project Manager Brandon was quick to respond to my request for service and sent the plumber out in a timely fashion. Overall, great company, great service, and great people. I'd highly recommend them to anyone and they'll be first in line for any future projects I have!

I had 4 windows installed 3 years ago and am very, very pleased with the results. I'd had quotes from other companies; Great Lakes acted like they really cared about me as a person more than the bottom line of selling expensive windows. I was not home when the windows were installed; however, my father reported that the installer was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. The grate on the middle window had been accidentally custom made going horizontal instead of vertical; the company immediately made the correct window and installed it as soon as it was finished. Then the bottom window cracked as soon as frost hit (I've worked with glass as a picture framer and am familiar with the nature of glass - it was cracked but did not impact the effectiveness of the window); Great Lakes immediately made a replacement. I have had no problems since. Perhaps the best part is that they don't call me every year trying to sell new stuff. I did contact them a year ago inquiring about a bath remodel, but my project is not something they were able to do (I have an old, unique house). They did not use the situation to try to sell me something else. When I have enough saved up to replace more windows, they are the first company I will call.

My wife and I had Joe put in our windows and door. We were extremely impressed with the job he did because with an older house, he was able to preserve the character of the home! His hard, efficient work earns him the highest rating! Great Lakes is very fortunate to have such a positive man working for them! We highly recommend him!
