We are very satisfied with the quality and friendly service from Great Lakes. They simply do what they say and when the promised...these qualities are not so common anymore but we really appreciate them from Great Lakes!

Work went great - finished product was exactly what we were expecting. They removed an old fiberglass shower tub and added some space (reframed the surrounding area) to put in a custom shower pan/surround. Looks great and we love it!

The installers were very polite, clean, and explained all the features of our front door installation. It's a great value with offers available for referrals from friends and family. Everyone we dealt with was great! It took a month and a 1/2 to get the installation, but I understand that springtime is real busy and there was no rush on our end.

Comment: Jesse & James did a bathroom remodel and a show installation in a second bathroom for us. They went went out of their way to make this job go smoothly, despite some unique work requests, and ensure we had a working shower each night we needed it. The quality of workmanship was stellar. They left the project site clean and neat each day, and kept us abreast of progress. I would definitely recommend this team to do any bathroom!

Great experience with all the staff we interacted with. They listened well, offered advice and suggestions, and did quality work in an efficient manner. We had some surprises after work was started but they quickly offered workable solutions to keep on schedule. Would highly recommend them.

Great Lakes Renovation installed an Onyx shower, replaced drywall and installed new flooring in our bathroom. Dave and Ben did a great job - they were very professional and responsive to our needs. We're very happy with the finished look!

Hassan was great while installing our new Onyx bathroom. I’d recommend him for any job. Kept the area and workspace very clean and tidy the whole time and he did great work.

The good: installers, (Travis) was great, Jessie who did our initial meeting and quote was very helpful with making choices and came super prepared with every option we could want. Gave us a separate quote for another project we are considering down the line. Overall, we have a shower that will get a lot of use, it looks beautiful and I am glad it is complete. I wish the timeline had been clear from the start, (took 12 weeks from measure to completion, quoted 5-7) I wish things had ended differently on the customer service side of things, but ultimately got what paid for and am pleased with that outcome.

Very good people, service and products. The install people were ( Dave and Matt) very good and professional. I had 2 bathrooms redone in late March, and was very pleased with the results. They finished my project on time and left the areas cleaner than when they arrived. Thumbs up.

We recently redid our tub and shower in one of our bathrooms. Mike the installer did an excellent job, previously we had a very heavy tub and tile that had to be dismantled which was difficult. He handled it very well and professionally. We also greatly appreciated the quick turnaround time and we only have one full bathroom with a shower. Gary our sales contact was very nice to deal with as well. The end result is great and a definitely improvement over what we had. The plumbing was done correctly as well which we greatly appreciate. Thank you for our new bathtub and shower.

We had Great Lakes Home Renovations remodel both of your bathrooms recently. Super impressed with the quality of work that was completed. Communication at the job site was a bit of an issue in a few instances. Installed a different toilet product without asking first or explaining why that it was necessary. Lost a small nut for a vent light assembly and didn’t tell me until I asked about it after they left, which required me to make a trip to the hardware store to finish the install myself. BUT…..overall the quality of the work was TOP NOTCH! We are very pleased with the final product! I would recommend Great Lakes to anyone looking to remodel!
