How Great Lakes Home Renovations is here for YOU.
At Great Lakes Home Renovations, our highest priority is the health and safety of our homeowners and members of our team. Daily, we are closely monitoring the fast-changing situation involving the COVID-19 virus.
FOR CURRENT CUSTOMERS WITH PENDING PROJECTS:
We are open to serve you! If you have a home project scheduled or upcoming with us, please know we will be moving forward with your project. The State of Minnesota has deemed our industry and our workers exempt from Governor Walz’s Executive order to Shelter in Place.
As we work in your home, your Health, Home, and the Safety of our workers is at our utmost concern so we are continuing with the following work practices that have been outlined to us by the CDC. Some of the specific things you can expect:
- Every member of our team has been instructed to stay home if they are not feeling well. We want you to feel certain in knowing we will not be sending potentially ill people into your home.
- Please let us know if anyone in your home is ill or has recently been ill. We will schedule your installation after people are symptom-free.
- We have advised everyone on our team not to shake hands during introductions or upon departures.
- Every member of our team is following CDC guidelines for safe hygiene practices.
- During the installation process, we are asking our installation team to have as little physical contact as possible with our homeowners while working in your home and maintain at least 6’ of space for social distancing.
- Installation professionals will also be wiping down doorknobs, common areas used and bathroom work surfaces when they arrive each morning and before they leave each day.
- Homeowners with projects coming up will be notified as soon as possible if your installation will be rescheduled due to illness or delays in the process that are out of our control.
- It is possible that we may experience slow-downs that will affect lead times due to supply chain delays and installations being postponed. Please know that we will do our best to keep things moving as efficiently as possible and hope to minimize your inconvenience.
