I thought the salesman explained things thoroughly. The installers were great at answering questions. The fit of the door was really good. The installers cleaned up well and were on time.

Our installer was professional, hard working, and did quality work. Our kitchen window and wall were removed for a wonderful patio door!

I love my new shower and tub. The surround is awesome and I am very happy with the finished product.

We shopped around and they had a good product of value. They weren't the cheapest, but it seemed to be a steady company, and after looking at a few we picked them. I recommend them. They were on time, they did what they said, and the installation looked really good when they were done. They were dependable, and came out on time was a good thing.

I have used Great Lakes Window & Siding for my client's townhomes/condos and single family homes for the last 16 years and have been totally satisfied. Are they perfect, no but when something needed to be changed or repaired they did with out complaint and made sure the client was happy, From windows, doors, siding, roofing, basements, or baths my clients would recommend them. Came out and measured for the window, then ordered it. They called when it came in and made an appointment to install it. Arrived at the appointed time and installed the window. It fit and worked perfectly.

Great Lakes Window & Siding replaced my siding. The cedar on the front of my house was extremely rotten (I could put my finger through it). Great Lakes had to repair extensive damage including the studs. They spent extra days repairing the damage and honored their price quote. They were back to replace both of my sliding doors last year. (the seals were still good but they were 30 years old and wood.) I love the energy efficiency, ease of use, the key lock and the larger viewing area. Their crews were polite, respectful of my home and they left my home and yard clean! I am looking forward to replacing the rest of my old windows this year and saving more on my energy bill.

Installation was completed on schedule. The work crew was friendly, professional and very hard working. Much rotted wood was found, removed and replaced. The new windows look great . I'm looking forward to a decrease in heating and cooling bills. Went well in time frame given. Workers would always ask us for our opinions if faced with design options while working. Always on time. Customer service very good. Family run. We used them to have our basement remodeled in 2008. One negative was how our floor tile was laid. We used marble tile bought from The Tile Shop and not theirs. First application needed to be grouted with another layer because a few tiles were raised up. I wished we had asked them to lay one more layer or somehow fix the tile. Still have a few small pieces sticking up.

I have had 2 experiences with Great Lakes Window & Siding Company: 1. Purchase & Installation of a sliding glass patio door. The installation was extensive as they needed to cut through the interior/exterior wall to create a space for the patio door. They were quick, clean, and respectful of my time during the entire process. I have been extremely happy with the quality of the door, even after 8 years, the door has not shown any signs of wear. 2. Purchase & Installation of an entry door. Again, an awesome experience from beginning to end. Installer quick, careful and courteous. I LOVE the door, not only for it's quality but also for it's energy efficiency...I couldn't believe the difference it made! I can't say enough great things about Great Lakes Windows & Siding Company. I got 6 new windows installed in my condo in St Paul and the difference in my place is amazing. First of all, the product is awesome. The difference in the winter with how well the windows keep my placed sealed up is monumental. Good! They tailor made the garden window over the kitchen sink. I looked for years to have people that can make proper measurements for them. In the basement, the window was not the standard size and they fixed it.
