They installed new windows. I would give them an A+! They are very professional and timely.

They replaced some of our windows. They were really terrific. They were on time and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They were a reasonable price and it was a great experience.

Great Lakes renovated my bathroom. I had the old fiberglass shower unit removed and a new shower enclosure constructed using tile panels. I also had a new toilet installed, a new bathroom countertop with seamless sink installed, and grab bars for the bath tub, shower and toilet installed. The installation was estimated to take 3 days and was completed on time. It has been 6 months since the renovation and I am still very happy with the quality of the workmanship and materials.

We were impressed with everyone from Great Lakes that we came in contact with. We had two other companies bid our project but none of them went into detail about windows the way Gary did. We learned a lot about windows and even regulatory requirements that no one else brought up. None of the others offered a lifetime warranty either. We were comfortable with the installers and impressed with their work. They did a great job.

I had a very good and detailed conversation with Gary, the Sales Rep about what I was looking for and how long I had been considering a new front door. My home is stucco and the sidelight windows were not part of the door as if often the case, so their were a few challenges that concerned me to be sure and get the door done well. And my husband was super anxious about this project that put more strain on my decision. The timing for the install is right in line with what I was quoted when I signed for the door. And Joe and Noah the installers were very nice, courteous, respectful of our home, understood my concerns and went about their work professionally with knowledge, and provided me with insight into what was being done and why (as I said there were a few creative issues to address) that they never flinched or wondered about what to do. It was very refreshing to have a job done at my home on time, efficiently and beautifully executed. Even my husband said that it was a beautiful door (I selected one of the decorative glass options) and it's fabulous. The quality of the door, the quality of the workmanship, everything was exactly what and how I wanted it to occur. This company knows what they are doing,and they do it well.

That turned out beautifully. Everything was wonderful. It took them only one day to do the installation. I also referred my neighbor and a couple weeks later I had a check in the mail, which was $100! I loved my sales man, the installation guy was great and I was very happy with them.

Replaced patio doors that had been damaged in transit. They did what they had promised to do.

My fiance and I had won their drawing for 10 free windows! Even though we were getting an amazing deal, their customer service was still excellent! It isn't easy letting people into your home to work on it, but everyone was so polite and respectful. They were able to accommodate our schedules and were very professional. Great Lakes was incredible to work with and I would recommend them to anyone!

From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. We found these guys at the State Fair and just decided to schedule an appointment for a free estimate since we were looking for windows for our entire house. The salesman came out and was incredibly knowledgeable about the product he was selling. I never felt pressured at all and he did his best to accommodate our financial restrictions. We received financing on the spot and scheduled everything that night! The whole experience was really easy. The workers that came out to our house were right on time. And when I say right on time, I mean to the minute. I was really surprised actually. They were incredibly friendly and you could tell they really took pride in what they were doing. They were clean and worked really hard. Just 2 people put in 7 windows in one day. They still had our patio door to install and to place all the trim on the windows so they came back the very next morning to finish. We were at work at the time and as they finished earlier in the day, we didn't see them leave. The worker left his phone number for us to call when we got home so that he could come back and show us how everything worked and how to clean them etc...

I liked their service and they had good quality window. My home had some challenges, like being made of cement and they were willing to work with the problems they faced.

Over all went well, timely, good clean up. Very satisfied with finished product.

Replaced old windows and front storm door. Plus updated all smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors. Arrived right on time with the product. Also, initial visit everything was explained, and a couple weeks later a second person comes and re-measures everything.

Our salesperson Gary was very professional and knowledgeable about the windows he showed us. The installers were very professional and detailed. We are very satisfied with our dealings with great lakes and will be doing business with them again.

It's never easy letting people into your house you don't know but it was great to work with Great Lakes. The project turned out great and it was done very quickly. The workers were great and we have a nice shiny new shower/tub.

The entire process went well. The salesman stopped by and gave me a quote on short notice. A few weeks later, final measurements were taken. Both were very professional and answered all of my questions. The install was performed a few weeks earlier than I expected. The installation crew was professional and answered all of my questions. They did a great job with the installation and cleaned up better than any other contractor I have had before.

We are very pleased with our remodeled bathroom, it is beautiful and was completed in only four days. All who worked on the project were professional, efficient, pleasant, punctual, neat and well trained craftsmen. We are happy we remodeled because there was some water damage found and it was taken care of before the new shower was installed.

Awesome job remodeling my 1978 kitchen a modern day 2015 kitchen at a very affordable price. You can't put a price on the way a new kitchen makes you feel every morning or when friends/family come over for dinner. Now if your looking at remodeling your kitchen from an investment stand point you might as well great it done right and enjoy it in the meantime. Ask your sales rep. to see pictures of the dark wood cabinets and matching counter tops from the recent Champlin job. Great Lakes is the best at what they do, so thank you!!

We did a significant upgrade to our master bathroom. We are very happy with the outcome. The folks at Great Lakes are very customer service oriented. They were prompt, diligent and hardworking. As with any renovation project we encountered a few 'bumps'. However the team at Great Lakes were 'all in' to overcome the issues and delivered a bathroom that surpassed our expectations and with only a day or so delay. Great Lakes is definitely on my list for future projects.

Joe and Chuck did a great job installing my 15 windows. They worked extremely hand and the windows look wonderful. Along with Ozzie, who measured the windows, they were very professional and just nice guys! It was a good experience working with Gary and this crew.

We really felt like our sales rep cared about getting our business even though it was a small project. He spent as much time as was needed to walk us through everything and did not rush or push us into anything. The installation was done very quickly and neatly.
