I’m in love with my remodeled bath. Had them take out the tub and install a walk-in shower. Also had them replace the counter and sink to match the shower. They did a fantastic job. The installers were such nice and respectful young men. cleaned up the mess each day before they left. I highly recommend the company and the installers.

We've now replaced all of our windows with Great Lakes - and we would highly recommend their work! We replaced 3-5 windows at a time, over the course of about 5 years. I appreciated that they never tried to pressure us to buy more than what we were asking for, and understood our budget.

We are very satisfied with the quality and friendly service from Great Lakes. They simply do what they say and when the promised...these qualities are not so common anymore but we really appreciate them from Great Lakes!

We had windows replaced in our dining area. Great Lakes worked with us on the best solution to not only put in quality windows in our budget, but to match the wood decor in the room. The installers came and did a great job of not only putting in the windows but also cleaning up everything and respecting our home. Joe and Zack were professional and super careful and showed us how the windows operate. Everything from Tom in Sales, to Ozzie measuring, to Joe and Zack installing was easy and top notch. If we have more windows to do, we will certainly look to Great Lakes again.

We had a complete bathroom remodel done by Great Lakes. From the salesman to the installers we were most impressed. Huge shout out to the installer, Ben Johnson. He is a gem. Always on time, professional, hard worker and responsive to all our questions and concerns. He totally took the stress out of the project. We can't say enough good things about him. We give him a 5 star plus rating. We absolutely love our new bathroom.

Good service

We used this company several years ago to replace windows in our porch. We have been so pleased with the windows and the workmanship we had them back to replace our deck doors.

Comment: In May of this year we had Great Lakes Home Renovations replace the aging shower stall in our upstairs bathroom. Despite scheduling challenges presented by COVID-19 and an incorrectly measured shower pan (which to be re-ordered), we are pleased with the results. Ben and crew were very polite and respectful to our COVID-19 concerns and performed their jobs quite well. Whenever I had a question, Ben answered it thoroughly. He also sought our input when needed which I appreciate. Ben did a very good job finishing the project and left the worksite very clean.

The crew did an excellent job doing our bathroom update in the promised timeframe. We love the look and operation of our new Onyx shower! Extra work was needed to diagnose and fix a water leakage problem and that was handled in an expert fashion. We would recommend Great Lakes Renovation.

We hired GLHR/Rebath to replace our bathtub/shower area and bathroom floor tile. We are very pleased with the results. Some damp areas and mold were found behind the tiled walls. The damp insulation was removed and the area was treated and dried properly before continuing. Our old tile was removed and replaced with some beautiful wood printed vinyl planks, and the new shower/bathtub and fixtures look excellent!

Had a new larger shower installed. We love it!!

Thank you Rebath for my new shower. The contractors did a marvelous job and I cannot wait to try it out. The two young gentlemen were very efficient and worked well together and with us to provide beautiful place to sit and relax or quick shower with out knocking things over and having to bend to pick them up. Ben and his associate were very neat and helpful by asking where we wanted the grab bars and the seat and making suggestions that were helpful to us. We will be very happy with it for years to come.

Great work in short time frame

Beautiful job! I couldn’t have been more satisfied with Hassan and Mike. They were personable, knowledgeable, on time and worked hard. They did work in both my bathrooms and got everything done on time. Every day they cleaned up the mess and left things in great condition.

We got bids from several companies. Great Lakes did the best job explaining the options and the product and their quote was the lowest. Installers communicated, were on time and got the job done in a few hours. We are extremely happy with our new door.
