Comment: I was extremely happy with the new patio door I got installed! They did a great job and were professional - they cleaned up and made sure I knew how to use my new door. I would highly recommend them - they are professional and extremely courteous.

We started the project very apprehensively and with guidance from Great Lakes finished very happily. The shower and counter top look amazing! Jesse was our installer and we were so impressed with his thoroughness in explaining things to us and in doing the install. We would recommend Great Lakes to any and all!

They did the job in less time than they told me it would take. The new windows are great.

I recently had my master bath remodeled. Jesse and David did fantastic job of explaining the project to me and getting me ready. Josh (our Project Manager) was meticulous and constantly kept me informed of progress. I was so impressed with the professionalism of everyone on the job. Josh, Joe, Matthew, and Andrew all did a great job. I am already looking forward to getting a quote for my 2nd bathroom. I would absolutely recommend Great Lakes Home Renovations.

Fast installation of windows with attention to detail. Conscientious workers who reviewed operational instructions of casement windows and patio door as well as weather-tight installation First impression of windows is favorable: definitely lessened outdoor noise, seems to be warmer in house during cool temperatures, and like transparency of screens. As with most long-term home projects, time will determine the full value.

Comment: 15/10! I would give them 6 stars if I could! Extremely satisfied with every part of dealing with Great Lakes Window & Siding! The presentation was very informal. There was no pressure on me to go with them. Was really only getting price estimates and ended up signing up for 20 windows on the spot! Far cheaper than other major players and the quality was outstanding! Joe was extremely friendly each day he came to work and made sure to clean up before he left each day. He went above and beyond during the installation and even worked weekends to get the job finished. Have already started recommending them to my closest friends and family. Will be going with Great Lakes for all future window installations!

Our new basement windows turned out great! I can't believe what a difference it makes, both visually and in temperature.

I absolutely LOVE my new shower and the new tub in my bathrooms! The whole process from selecting what I wanted to the measurements to the install went smoothly. Rick, my design consultant answered all my questions and advised me on what would work best in my bathrooms. Andrew did a phenomenal job with the install, at the end of each day, he made sure everything was cleaned up out of the way. I would highly recommend!!

Just had my bathroom completely transformed from aging tile tub/shower to an amazing onyx shower! Terrific service from the consulting / selection process through installation. Everyone was friendly, on time , and the job completed in 2 days! I love it and am excited to have a product that is low maintenance and looks great. I will definitely return to Great Lakes if I decide to upgrade another.

I had 5 windows replaced in my 1921 home. Friendly and professional installers made sure everything was well protected before they got started. Two of them were renovation windows and they match perfectly to the original woodwork! The window in the bathroom is textured and can vent at the top so no need for a gross moldy curtain over the window anymore! The guys took great care not to let my cats out while they were bringing supplies in (I couldn't have the cats locked up the whole time). When the install was finished everything was cleaned up well and they showed me how the windows work. Super happy with how everything looks! Ill definitely be doing more windows with them!

My husband and I found Great Lakes at the Minneapolis Home and Garden show. We got several quotes and theirs was the best for what we wanted. We have an older house and wanted to maintain the look of the old windows but also updating so that the windows would be more energy efficient. The process was pretty smooth, though more regular communication between ordering the windows and installation may have been nice (we weren't updated on the status of the windows, but it was only about 4 weeks, so it wasn't that significant a problem). I'm giving 4 stars due to the installers. They were over 30 minutes late, due to traffic they told us. They said they would be at our house for 5.5-6 hours and ended up being there for 7 hours. Not a problem, but one of the installers kept chatting with us even as I was trying to walk him to the door. While they were installing our windows, they trampled several of our flower beds. While I understand they can't always avoid the flowers or plants, my husband saw one of the installers turn and drop a piece of the old window into our flower bed without any concern for the damage they were causing. He had to ask them to be careful. But, even with the installers leaving a bit to be desired, the windows are great. They work perfectly and have significantly helped us keep our house cool these last 2 weeks. I am very happy that we got the windows that we did.

Comment: Gary Graczyk was our sales person. He new the product, and had all we needed to select our cabinets on his first meeting with us. What a time saver. He talked about high quality and great install. He promised 5 working days. We had all cabinets done, and two new ones made. All I can say is WOW! The kitchen looks new, and Tony ( with a new baby on the way) finished in 4 days. Great experience with Great Lakes Home Renovation. Would recommend them to anyone.

Had 11 windows replaced. They did it in record time. Joe and Kevin did a great job. They were respectful of our home and our took as much pride in their craftsmanship as if it was their home.

Excellent experience with Great Lakes. They kept me up to date of the whole process from buying the windows to timeline on install. Very timely and excellent craftsmanship. Joe and Nick did a great job, very clean, and excellent end product. I would definitely recommend and use Great Lakes in the future.

We couldn't be more pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of the installers. The replacement basement and garage windows look marvelous! Also, the areas worked in are cleaner now than when the work was initiated. I highly recommend these workers and their company (that refinished another area of our basement a few years ago). Although I have not heard of this company before, I got lucky to meet them at the Minnesota State Fair. I am just overwhelmed by their service, quality and price. The guys that came out to measure and install were talented and professional. When they were finished, it was if they never were there. I had gotten a quote from Window World a year or so ago. I just about fell off my chair when I received their quote. Great Lakes did the job for less than half the cost of Window Worlds quote. I highly recommend this company. I also understand they do bathrooms as well. Great Job

We loved the wonderful job that Great Lakes Home did! They were able to complete the project in only a few days and did great quality work! We are so happy with final product and our kitchen feels brand new without the hassle of a big remodel job. Thank you for a job well done and great service.

Very nice work staff. Knowledgeable, and thorough. They made sure questions were answered, measurements were done and work was thoughtful and not just done quickly. These people are working for the customer, and not just the paycheck.

Materials were as advertised and the installers were prompt and courteous. The bathroom looks great.
