We had Great Lakes do a complete master bathroom remodel this past March and we could not be more thrilled with how it turned out. Our original idea was to just replace the shower with the Onyx material we saw at the Minnesota State Fair. But thanks to some great suggestions from our salesman, we ended up gutting the whole room and starting from scratch. We ended up using the Onyx material to surround our shower, tub, and also used it on the vanity and make up table tops. We are in love with Onyx- it's beautiful, durable and easy to clean. We also were impressed with the installer who was meticulous with every detail. He even suggested to wrap our window in Onyx and that now is the center piece of the room. We love how all the colors for the Adura floor tile (also provided by Great Lakes), Onyx and artwork decor all pulled together and complemented each other. This is a room we use everyday and we are so happy with the end result, we can not say enough good things about Great Lakes. There were no cost overruns, they started the work on time and finished when they promised. They also were very accommodating with other contractors we had working along side of them. Their team of professionals certainly helped us exceed our goals! We definitely recommend Great Lakes, and look forward to planning our next remodel job with them.

We met Great Lakes Home Renovations staff at the Woodbury Home Show in March 2017 and immediately liked their products for our two bathroom remodels. Jessi (sales rep) spent as much time at our home as we needed to pick out colors and options. We visited the showroom in Apple Valley to do a final selection of flooring and shower backgrounds. It was fun! Laura and Julie were a great help in showing us a variety of options to choose from. Being new to home remodeling, we weren't sure what to expect, the timeline, what was needed from us, or how scheduling worked. It turned out to be a great experience. Our installers, Josh and Travis, really pulled the entire project together for us and did a fantastic job. They worked hard every day and had the project completed in the time frame they originally said it would take. They took care to make sure we always had facilities to use and consistently communicated about their progress and what to expect. Plus, they were nice people to have around! We truly enjoyed the installation experience and absolutely love the new look of the bathrooms. We are so happy we did this, and Great Lakes came through with flying colors.

Great Lakes did a great job on our bathroom remodeling project. The transformation was incredible. One more thing off of our to-do list of home projects. We highly recommend them.

GLHR anticipated there might be extra work needed with my bathroom remodel because I live in an old house and the previous owner had tiled over the bathroom window. GLHR did a great job finding a contractor who specializes in stucco to replace my rotted-out wall. Once they were able to get in to install my new floor, tub, and surround, it was a quick and seamless project. I now have a beautiful new bathroom that I love, complete with a glass block window!!

Had the guys reduce cost for a "flexible" install which actually took less time for me to wait for my install. The installer was very open and contacted me to come in even earlier to get my brand new windows in! All in all less than two months from order to install!

We had our bathtub plus surrounding n vanity sink replaced. It was a 2 day process. Jeffery was our installer. He was very nice and did a good job. He also cleaned up very well after he was finished. Overall, we loved what we saw and Great Lakes is great. Ps. Jessi was our consultant. She was awesome Unfortunately I have to change it to 3 stars. The cover plate (not sure what is called and I don't now know how to attach a picture) that's used to hide the hole where the shower arm comes out is out already. We did not use the shower the two days to give it extra time to dry. We are little disappointed since we do like our new bath. Update: they reached out to me to have the over plate. He was nice although i decided to just glue that thing back myself. But I appreciate the call and will work with Great Lakes again.

The guys did a great job with our bathroom renovation. They got the job done on time. They were neat and cleaned up every day before leaving for the evening. It was a pleasure to work with them.

Installer was great. New tub and surround look fantastic. Makes the rest of the house even more shabby. Installer communicated well and was very timely.

Great Lakes recently updated our bathroom. It turned out better than we expected. I would highly recommend them and plan on using them in again in the near future.

Pretty good, could have used two guys for the demolition so they could have finished in a more timely manner.
