We recently redid our tub and shower in one of our bathrooms. Mike the installer did an excellent job, previously we had a very heavy tub and tile that had to be dismantled which was difficult. He handled it very well and professionally. We also greatly appreciated the quick turnaround time and we only have one full bathroom with a shower. Gary our sales contact was very nice to deal with as well. The end result is great and a definitely improvement over what we had. The plumbing was done correctly as well which we greatly appreciate. Thank you for our new bathtub and shower.

Comment: Great Lakes Home Renovations has done a great job with our window replacements, patio door replacement, and replacing the door between our house and garage. The sales team is friendly and professional, listening to our needs considering design and budget. They helped us decide on projects in a low pressure manner ensuring we were aware of all costs and timelines. There were no surprises. The measuring and installers were on time, efficient, friendly and clean. They let us know what to do to prepare the space, and after as well as cleaning up as if they had never been in the space and sharing information about anything we needed to do post install depending on the project. We'd absolutely use them for future projects.

Had Great Lakes back for a third time for a new exterior door install. Joe did a great job, again. Very friendly and professional. Makes sure the job is done right and things are cleaned up before leaving. Great work and customer service. Would go through them again for work in the future. Highly recommended.

After going through many MANY contractors we finally found Great Lakes. Bob was great in explaining the work needed and options we had available - really felt like we were working with someone who had our best interests at heart. Couple of weeks later, (when parts came in) Hassan and Josue came to do all the install work. They were professional, friendly and super hard-working. Joe and Josh from Great Lakes were awesome! Super professional, prompt, and kind. Joe demoed my old tub/shower in a few hours and then Joe and Josh installed my new tub/shower the next day. Comment: Henry, Travis and Chase did a wonderful job. Very professional, very polite. Put drop cloths all over and everything was spotless when they left. Our new shower is great and we could'nt be happier!
