The crew (Josh, Josh and Michael) were very friendly, professional and reliable. They did an amazing job and always checked in with us before finishing up for the day and making sure all of our concerns or questions were answered. We are very pleased with our newly remodeled bathrooms and would highly recommend them.

This is the second remolding job I've done with this company and have had a positive experience with both jobs. Rob and Brandon did a wonderful job and were very courteous and professional. I would recommend Great Lakes and will use them again for future renovations.

Our project installer, named Henry was absolutely incredible. He was an extremely hard worker seldom taking a break. His helper Anthony was great also. Henry was very meticulous and very eager to meet our needs, often asking our input before making any decision. The job was done on time and actually finished a little ahead of schedule. It was a job that created a lot of mess, but Henry and Anthony did their vest to clean up.

They were curious and did a nice all around job!

Comment: The employees represent the company well. We were impressed with their professionalism, vision, attention to detail, communication and overall care for their client. Ashley sat down with us and guided us through the planning process with patience and the ability to listen to what we envisioned. We felt she was helpful in the creative process. Bob took hours to bring our vision to completion by discussing every detail to make sure our ideas would fit the space. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable on the complete process. Very open to questions and making sure we understood what each decision would entail. He is a great communicator! Josh and Joe were our installers. Great personalities and easy to work with each day. They explained everything and made sure we were happy with the progress before moving on. What a team! This is our second bathroom they have completed and we would recommend them to anyone!

The team that worked on my bathroom, Joe and Josh, were amazing! They communicated well throughout the whole process, asked me important questions, did quality work and were just fantastic people overall! We had some communication issues in the planning of the remodeling of our bathroom, but these were resolved. However, Ben and Josue, who did the remodeling work, were very professional, kept us informed of any issues, and answered all our questions. The quality of their work is outstanding, and we would recommend Ben and Josue for anyone considering a bathroom remodel.

Love our new bathrooms, they look great! The remodeling team was accommodating and went above and beyond and finished our two bathrooms in 6 day allowing us to have use of one bathroom throughout the project!

Ben Johnson and Josue Luna( GLHR installers) did a total remodel of our 80 yr. old bathroom. THEY WHERE AWESOME. WE LOVE OUR NEW BATHROOM. IT LOOKS FANTASTIC.

I used Re-Bath Minneapolis for our basement bathroom remodel and I have no regrets. From start to finish they were professional and always in control of the situation. When something unexpected came up, they handled it without issue. The install team was very friendly and left the place spotless upon completion. I can't wait to use Re-Bath Minneapolis for the upstairs bathroom!

Had tub, surround, vanity top, flooring, and toilet replaced in main bath. We were pleased with range of choices in product to customize the look of our remodel. The installation crew was on time and courteous (all four family members were home due to COVID). The job was done quickly and we we were consulted regularly about progress and appearance of the job.

The company was great to work with and Travis Blackwell was awesome ! The product they used for our tub and shower enclosure is great.

We had our bathroom remodeled and it looks great. Hassan and Brenden were friendly, professional and efficient. Our bathroom was completed in 2 1/2 days!

We had our shower stall replaced. They demolished down to the studs and started over. We used Onyx brand materials which are beautiful. The installers were very professional. They were prompt everyday. Before they left they cleaned up to the point where you wouldn't know they were here. The workmanship is superb. Our shower is gorgeous. We are extremely happy with the outcome.
