Professional, liked that the same people came into our home the whole renovation, super clean! Impressed with how tidy they left work area each day. Asked questions if unsure of anything. Let us know how and when additional people would be coming into our home ie: plumber/electrician/ permit inspector. Fully satisfied...end result “fabulous”!!

Great Lakes renovated or downstairs bathroom. The communication throughout was impeccable, arrival time, materials, issues as they worked through the job. The contractors were friendly, polite and professional. The job was completed on time, within the original agreed price (despite finding a few horrors when they removed the old tub). I am thrilled with the finished product, highly recommend.

We recently had both of our bathrooms remodeled and our installer Henry and his team did a great job on our project. We would highly recommend Great Lakes Home Renovations.

Five stars for Henry who did the installation. If I could give him ten stars I would. He was prompt and worked the whole time he was here. He was courteous and friendly. If there was a problem or issue, he informed me and made it right. His work is meticulous and he cleaned up the work site each day. I couldn’t be more pleased. I was way less happy with Henry’s helper Travis. He showed up 2-3 hours after Henry arrived, and didn’t do a lot of work when he was here. He was polite and friendly, but I don’t feel like I can award stars for his work. Plus Henry had to do the work for two people, which isn’t right. I was also not pleased with my interaction with Brandon. He was very rude to me on the phone. I have not been talked to like that since I was twelve years old. Everyone else at Great Lakes that I met ot talked to (Ashley, Dave, Peg) was great.

We used them for a main bathroom remodel. They were super professional, on time and thorough. They were so well organized with all the materials and subcontractors and inspections that the job was completed in 10 days. There was a wait in getting on their schedule and for all of the project materials to come in, but that is part of their brilliant strategy so that the construction disruption is minimized. They did a great job of cleaning up the work site each day. Their craftsmanship is superb. It was a very good experience and our new bathroom is beautiful.

Rob and Leo were courteous responsive and completed job professionally and on time.

Ben and Leo were awesome to work with. They took great pride in their work and were very respectful to our family and property. The bathroom looks amazing. I was actually sad to see them go after they completed the project. If you need any remodeling done, I would highly recommend them.

We used ReBath for a complete bathroom remodel. Our custom made shower is beautiful as is the floor and fixtures. Hassan and Jackson were our installers and we highly recommend them! They are professional, friendly, excellent at their craft. Communication was second to none, we were kept informed every step of the way, including when minor issues arose. They always cleaned the work area after finishing each day. I give them five stars for their work, we are beyond pleased with the finished product!

I was very impressed with the way everything was handled from the first meeting to the final project. I am totally happy with my walk in shower. The two young men that did the tear out and put in were wonderful. They were so professional and thoughtful through the process. Could not be happier
