We just had a huge picture window replaced on our home yesterday, and we could not be happier with the install and service we have received from this company. Fast install, awesome workers! Pricing is great, and the windows they install have a lifetime, fully transferable warranty. I would recommend these guys to anyone who is looking to replace one, or all of the windows in their home!

We just had new windows put in by Great Lakes. Gary was very knowledgeable about the windows he has to offer. They gave us a competitive price. Window delivery was a little delayed but not bad. Joe and his crew did a fantastic job and explained everything as they went. Windows look great!

I had no problems at all. The team was all very helpful. They let me know that they had a lot of projects going on and that it would be a couple months until they would be able to install. They sent one man out to do my 9 windows and he had them done in 12hours. 10/10 would recommend to others :)

We had a great experience with this company! They installed a front entryway door with storm door as well as a door leading into the garage in our home. The crew showed up on time, were very efficient, and the end product looks great! We would use them again and recommend them to others!

We have all the windows replaced in our house now by Great Lakes and could not be happier with them. We had half replaced about 4 years ago and the second half replaced this month, during the time when only half the windows had been replaced, we could feel an significant difference between our old and new windows. The new windows kept drafts out, kept our heat in and in summer, kept the summer sun heat out. Installers were friendly, fast, cleaned up great - no complaints here. Totally worth the money we spent!

The project was handled very professionally by the entire team of Great Lakes employees - from the sales staff to the installation. They were knowledgeable in answering our questions, easily accommodated our schedules and TOTALLY cleaned up after themselves. The windows look great on the outside as well as from the inside. We will definitely use them as we replace more windows.

Had a new Great Lakes tub and surround installed. The entire process was very smooth, and the installers were easily the best I have ever worked with.

These guys were great! The sales guy (Monty) came out and looked over the bathroom, talked to us about what we wanted to do, and made helpful suggestions. He was patient with us trying to make a decision, and with our small kids (who caused some disruptions). He was considerate of our budget concerns and they were flexible about letting us to some of the demolition for sweat equity. I believe that the man who built up our shower was named Jason. He was AWESOME. He was efficient, smart and considerate. He kept the mess pretty contained (we had some issues with sawdust going all over that would have been resolved if we had thought to drape off the unfinished area from the finished area. But the work only took 4 days, and now we have a BEAUTIFUL new shower in the basement (and a strong desire to redo the rest of the room to match!). I don't just say I'm willing to recommend this company - I already have. I really liked the people I dealt with and would put them toward the top of my list for any other house projects we didn't do on our own. I will say that they are not the cheapest outfit, but we absolutely got what we paid for - a great value for great service.
