My husband and I are extremely happy with the product and the intallation of our windows through Great Lakes Siding & Windows. The sales presentation was professional and he knew the product well. He even stopped over after a sales presentation at our neighbors' house to check and see how we like our windows. We also had a great installation process. Joe is the best! He is very knowledgeable and does a thorough job with every window, door, screen and yes, smoke detectors & carbon monoxide detector. You can tell he enjoys his job. To me, these are important qualities when dealing with a investment like windows. During the process, we had a few communication issues and it took a little longer than expected. Once I contacted the right people, everything was fixed as promised. My husband and I will definitely go with Great Lakes again for our future projects especially the kitchen remodel and the upgrade to our bathroom.

We had one new widow installed in a place where there had not been an existing window. Weather was very cold and windy. 2 man crew arrived when scheduled, were very fast, friendly, professional and cleaned up after themselves. We were very satisfied.

Great overall

We orignally met with Rick who came to our house to look at and bid our bathroom work. We were not sure we were ready to move forward with the project but after meeting with him and gettin a bid for the work it was something we definately wanted to move forward with based on everything he had to tell us about the work and the company. At the time the work started we met Tony, our installer. He did a great job working through the issues we knew we would have making space for a larger tub than the one we took out, but as with any project there were things that came up we were not expecting. Tony took the time to think about all options and what was the right way to do it, not just the easiest or fastest. Even with the extra work the project finished without any extra charges and on time. We love our new bathroom and would recommend this company to anybody looking to get thier bathroom redone or updated.

This is the second time that we have had Great Lakes Window out. We were so pleased the first time that we had them finish the rest of the house. It was a long day but now have 18 new windows. Pleasant workers and cleaned up after them selves. Thank you

Awesome job, they were fast, courtious and neat. The new windows are SO much better. They were honest and only recommended replacing the windows that needed it. I will work with them in the future.

Great Lakes replaced 12 of our windows on the first floor. Crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and clean. Even installed an extra quarter round in the bathroom to cover up work a previous homeowner did. Always went the extra mile to make sure everything looked great and was completely up to code. If you want an honest crew with incredible work, these are your people.

Frankly, I decided before Brad came that we were not going to decide right away. But Brad's presentation was straight forward and the company's good record and endorsements helped to convince us to go with Great Lakes. He provided plenty of reference we could check also. The installation started when promised. Because of the age of our home, the installer ran into some extra difficulties which he overcame without extra charge. Both Brad and the installer were polite, and the installer tried to minimize disruptions during his work. The installation was completed sooner than promised in spite of extra difficulties. The bath is still great, and my wife Mary and I are happy to recommend Great Lakes.
