The price was good and the salesman was great. The crew arrived on time and completed the job as promised. The only issue that I had was that the opening seemed to be much bigger than the window and they had at least an inch of caulk around the entire window. Not sure how this will hold up over the years but will be contacting them if there is a problem. Other than that, the windows are great and I was happy with the professionalism of the crew.

I found Great Lakes window and siding go be an excellent company to do business with. From the salesman Gary, who didn't push me into anything I didn't want and was offered a superior product compared to several other window companies. The amount of quality for not much more than Home Depot is worth every penny. The installers were very professional and I could tell that they took pride in their work which makes me confident in the long-term craftsmanship. My installers only install for Great Lakes which makes them reliable. I've heard too many horror stories of big-box chain stores who contract their installers. Thank you Joe and Chuck you did great work!!!!

We have had windows, shower and door installs completed. We have been happy with all of them. The most recent door installs were great. The crew (Joe, Chuck and Cesar) did an excellent job. They worked effortlessly together and was like clockwork! Would definitely recommend!

The technician we worked with on the demolition, Joe, was extremely prompt, thorough, polite, efficient and a total pleasure to work with. He ripped out the existing tub and tile (saving as much of the tile as he could per our request) along with the sink so quickly with so little mess. The beautiful replacements (tub, enclosure and sink) were installed in less than two days. It looks so beautiful and I still feel like I am in a hotel when I shower.

Efficient installation

These guys are so great! Gary got us a great deal and they were installed so quickly! We had ugly, inefficient, 40 year old windows and now we have beautiful new ones that i anticipate will save us a TON of money this winter. We only did 4 windows this time but we plan on doing the rest with these guys next year.

All I can say is that my new bathroom is AWESOME. It makes me smile every time I walk into my bathroom. Tony did an amazing job and I had fun picking out all my flooring and tiles. The whole experience was fun and so worth it all.

We love our new bathtub and surround. They did a great job and were quick to take care of a couple of small issues. They got it done in two days! They went out of there way to make sure we were happy.

I purchased a new town house with what I call a plastic telephone booth shower that needed to be upgraded. I contacted Great Lakes, because they were a local company, obtained a bid and decided to go with the job. Realistically it could not be completed in one day - but was done in two, Workers were prompt and efficient.

They offered a variety of different choices and were knowledgable about their products. Installation was fast and installers cleaned up their mess. I will use them for future projects.

We had a horrendous chocolate brown bathtub removed and replaced with a white pristine soaking tub by Great Lakes. It has made all of the difference. The workers did a great job while being courteous and efficient. Love It!

We had a great experience with this company! They installed a front entryway door with storm door as well as a door leading into the garage in our home. The crew showed up on time, were very efficient, and the end product looks great! We would use them again and recommend them to others!

I had no problems at all. The team was all very helpful. They let me know that they had a lot of projects going on and that it would be a couple months until they would be able to install. They sent one man out to do my 9 windows and he had them done in 12hours. 10/10 would recommend to others :)

We have all the windows replaced in our house now by Great Lakes and could not be happier with them. We had half replaced about 4 years ago and the second half replaced this month, during the time when only half the windows had been replaced, we could feel an significant difference between our old and new windows. The new windows kept drafts out, kept our heat in and in summer, kept the summer sun heat out. Installers were friendly, fast, cleaned up great - no complaints here. Totally worth the money we spent!
