Joe Odendahl just finished the install on 1/2 of the windows in our house and my wife and I couldn't be happier. The windows look great and the install was pain-free. Joe was incredibly respectful, answered any questions we had, and even stayed after the job was finished for a few minutes to chat with us about the neighborhood (he grew up near us). Highly recommend Great Lakes. We look forward to working with them again to finish the remaining windows in our home.

What a great experience! Our walk-in shower came out amazing! Both Travis and Travis did amazing job! They were very respectful and on time. They always pick up everyday after a full day Install! Great turn around time. They also had to do some drywall for us on the one side of the shower before install. Also did amazing job with the drywall! The office was also very friendly anytime I called. We will be doing another bathroom in the future with Great Lakes Home Renovations. We will be asking for Travis and Travis again!

Hassan was the installer for our shower renovation. He was very professional. Answered any questions we had. Called to let me know when he would be here. Once the job was done he cleaned up his work space. When signing the final papers, he explained everything to me and answered any questions I had. You should be proud of Hassan. He gives his all.

Had my bathroom remodeled. Great work, professional people. Had to call back about couple things, but they worked with my schedule as best as they could and was courteous.

Our new bathtub and floor were installed by Great Lakes a few weeks back and we are very happy with how it turned out. The Onyx surround looks amazing and love how the vinyl floor turned out. The colors of these items compliment each other -- they are both shades of gray. Also, my girlfriend, who loves to take baths, is enjoying our soaker tub. We have a relatively small bathroom, but the tubs higher sides make it feel larger. We also love our rain shower faucet.

Awesome job done today! The windows look fantastic! The installers were friendly, clean and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them for your next home project.

Great Lakes was a wonderful company to work with and is honest and fair. They have done all the windows in our house and also added a patio door that looks amazing. My windows and patio door are beautiful and easy to clean. We love their work and the installers are very knowledgeable about what they are doing and have been doing this for a long time. They are clean and pick up after themselves after the job that is important to me when there are kids.

Jesse the Installer was professional and courteous. Excellent job. Kept me informed of the timeline and what to expect. Very professional job!

Great Lakes was willing to help us out even though we needed only a few windows. The sales rep was very informative without being pushy. Communication from the office was friendly and professional. And the installation went just as planned. They even cleaned up! We're very happy with their service!

Joe and his associates worked at our house for 3 + solid days. His work is meticulous. He is who you want to replace your windows. Quality company!!!

Great experience overall. Gary was a friendly, low pressure and informative salesperson and even stopped by during installation to check on us. Joe and Noah (the installers) were great to work with, did an excellent job replacing all 10 of our windows in a single day, and left our house as clean as they found it. Comment: Great Lakes Home Renovation did an excellent job in meeting my design goals for my bathroom. We found Great Lakes at the home remodeling show and liked their enthusiasm and down to earth personalities. Working with them in the design process was very interactive and timely. The installation team was prompt, very friendly and very thorough, especially the remodeling lead who took great efforts to ensure that everything met my expectations. Without question I would go back to Great Lakes for any new remodeling projects I may have.

We had all of our windows replaced, and everything was great. Joe, their window installer, is seriously great at what he does. I’m very happy we went with this company.

Thank you Great Lakes Renovations for the fantastic job you did on our new shower-tub! We went from a small yellow tub and tiled shower to a beautiful large white tub and gray marble looking panels. We love it!
