Job Completion Survey

Our master bathroom needed an overhaul and we could not be happier with our decision to use GLHR/Re-Bath. Our project was delayed more than once by circumstances out of anyone’s control and their team kept in contact with us and made sure we got back on the schedule as quickly as possible. We had a great team of installers and subcontractors who were all friendly, professional, and polite. They were incredibly respectful and left our home and their work areas neat and tidy each day.

They were on time finished early and very professional.. very meticulous and cared about his work.

We used them for a main bathroom remodel. They were super professional, on time and thorough. They were so well organized with all the materials and subcontractors and inspections that the job was completed in 10 days. There was a wait in getting on their schedule and for all of the project materials to come in, but that is part of their brilliant strategy so that the construction disruption is minimized. They did a great job of cleaning up the work site each day. Their craftsmanship is superb. It was a very good experience and our new bathroom is beautiful.

What a great experiene we had replacing our bath tub with a shower! We have had remodeling work before, and were not always thrilled with the results. But Great Lakes/Rebath group was excellent from start to finish. The sales team gave us numbers that matched the job right to the end. The team they sent to do the work were prompt, ready to work, prepared with what they needed, and more than capable to do the work! We have no regrets with our decision to use Great Lakes Home Renovations when we are ready to do work on our home again!

Our project consisted of a master bathroom remodel. The entire crew was very professional. The 2 lead workers, Hassan and Brendon, were communicative, paid attention to detail and answered all our questions. The work was done in a timely manner and we are very pleased with the finished product.

Prompt, courteous, careful and attentive to details. Enjoyed having them in our home from design to installation.

Our bathroom is beautiful and the service was wonderful. Our installers were great, communicated everything to us and treated my whole family wonderfully. Thank you Josh, Anthony, and team!!

Jessie and crew, thank you for your hard work this past week! Your timeliness, courtesy, and attention to detail was exactly what we wanted with this huge renovation.
If anyone is thinking about a bathroom renovation, we recommend Great Lakes!

Brendon and Anthony did a fantastic bathroom update for us. New custom shower (made it bigger), faucets, countertops and toilets throughout the house, and hung new mirrors we purchased. Everything was well coordinated with plumber, electrician and city inspector so there was no downtime. They finished in half the time. They were neat and respectful of our home.

The installers were great (Hassan, Leo)they were here on time explained everything they were going to do, and when they needed my input were always willing to listen.Great experience.

Great Lakes Home Renovations + Rebath did a fantastic job with our bathroom remodel! I couldn't be happier. Ben and Jack were very nice, and always kept me in the loop about what was going on. The work done was high-quality, and it was fast! We had an entirely new, gorgeous bathroom in 6 business days! Highly recommend to anyone looking to remodel a bathroom.

We replaced our old wooden windows with Sunrise Restoration. Crew Jack & Joe were efficient, very accountable and friendly. We like our new windows and are seeing the advantages already. We recommend the windows and we recommend Great Lakes Home Reno. Thank you team!!

Brian and John renovated my bathroom, removed a jetted tub, and installed a beautiful, safe walk in shower. They were prompt, professional and courteous. They cleaned after each day's work, covered my wood floors and treated my home with respect. I am so pleased with the outcome.

Henry and his worker were very good at their job. Our bathroom looks wonderful and Henry went above and beyond to make sure everything was as we expected. We are still waiting for the cabinet replacement but that was manufacturing error. We would recommend him and the company to anyone and will if the opportunity arises

We purchased a home a few months ago and knew the main bathroom shower/tub needed an overhaul. The previous “fixes” were temporary and already starting to have issues. Our experience with Re-bath was great from the beginning to the end. They were knowledgeable and helpful with knowing what we needed. We had to wait a couple months for install but it was worth the wait. Our new tub is actually deep and wide enough to soak in and the shower surround is stunning. Now to finish the rest of the bathroom so it matches the glamour Re-Bath started…

Had a full bathroom remodel which turned out beautifully. Couldn't have a better team. Henry and Michael were there when they said they would be and were very professional. They even pleasantly put up with the dog and cat!

We had the Rebath team remodel two bathrooms abs they did an outstanding job. They were considerate of our space, communicative, and educated us as to timelines, expectations, and scope of works all along the way. Shout out to the Josh duo! You guys were awesome.

Brendan and Bryan remodeled our bathtub in our upstairs bathroom. They did an amazing job! These guys were on time, polite, a joy to talk to and to work with. They got the tub redone in under 2 days. It looks so beautiful and we are very pleased. I'd definitely recommend them!!

Comment: We used Re-Bath for a complete remodel of our bathroom. The whole process was simple with a focus on servicing us, the customer. Hassan and Jackson were on site all week to complete the remodel, and were AMAZING! Both were very hard working, courteous and caring. It was a pleasure to have them in our home, and we are very pleased with the work they did! Thank you both for the top notch service and workmanship, and to the whole Re-Bath team! (Now I just have to paint and enjoy!)
