Was very pleased with the installation of two showers in my home. Taylor, the project lead, was great at communicating what was happening and when. He asked clarifying questions. His attention to detail made the project a success.

Trace, Zuriel, and the team did a great job. They were professional, timely, and communicated extremely well.

Re bath did a great job. Everyone that worked on our bathroom were very professional and kind.

We did wait a long time to get started but that was due to supply issues. Once the work started it was so fast and thorough. Josh, Leo and Blake were absolutely amazing and helpful. Josh went out of his way to take care of our needs and questions. They left our home neat and clean every evening and at the end of the project. We absolutely love our new bathroom.

Workers (Kevin/Kurt) were outstanding. Their workmanship was unbeatable. Always on time and worked hard until the job was complete. It was our pleasure to have them work on our project. Thanks to both of them

The process went according to plan and done in 2 days. Excellent clean-up and good customer service. I requested a slight adjustment to shower doors and that was accomplished in a friendly, prompt manner. Thomas, our salesperson/designer, went above the call of duty in answering my endless questions and tweaking our order. Heather, in customer service was friendly, helpful and responsive. The project manager, scheduler, and folks in the showroom were all top-notch. Thanks to all for a job well done! I highly recommend this company!!

Great experience. The installation team not only did a good job, they kept me informed as they proceeded and asked for my input. They went above and beyond and even helped me with some minor fixes elsewhere in my home.

We are very pleased with the project. Great Lakes did a great job on the install, it has transformed the bathroom.

Installers did a great job working the week before Christmas and it was cold outside also. They worked long hours and did great work.

Update on 7/10/23 regarding permanent pen marks on cabinet. Re-Bath was very responsive and sent someone out the same day they called. Josh was able to get all of the permanent pen marks out and it looks like they were never there. He was even able to adjust the main cabinet doors so there was no noticeable gap.

The Great Lakes Home Renovations / Rebath did an excellent job doing a complete makeover of our Master Bathroom. From the cost, to helping us make selections, the removal of the old and the installation of the new. Everyone we dealt with was always friendly, responsive and the workmanship was excellent.

It was a very long wait to get the work done but it turned out great.
