The contractors Kevin and JC did an excellent job in the replacement of our tub and shower. We are happy with product. Job was done on time and left the work area clean.

Extremely pleased with our new walk-in shower installed by Re-Bath Minneapolis! Our installers, Jalston and Jocelyn, were terrific: prompt, polite, professional, and personable! Great workmanship. We could not have a better team! (And I am a very picky customer!) They were patient with my many questions and very knowledgeable. The results are beautiful. Thanks so much. The process went according to plan and done in 2 days. Excellent clean-up and good customer service. I requested a slight adjustment to shower doors and that was accomplished in a friendly, prompt manner. Thomas, our salesperson/designer, went above the call of duty in answering my endless questions and tweaking our order. Heather, in customer service was friendly, helpful and responsive. The project manager, scheduler, and folks in the showroom were all top-notch. Thanks to all for a job well done! I highly recommend this company!!

Kevin, with re-bath did a excellent job with our project!

Great experience. The installation team not only did a good job, they kept me informed as they proceeded and asked for my input. They went above and beyond and even helped me with some minor fixes elsewhere in my home.

We are very pleased with the project. Great Lakes did a great job on the install, it has transformed the bathroom.

Installers did a great job working the week before Christmas and it was cold outside also. They worked long hours and did great work.

Update on 7/10/23 regarding permanent pen marks on cabinet. Re-Bath was very responsive and sent someone out the same day they called. Josh was able to get all of the permanent pen marks out and it looks like they were never there. He was even able to adjust the main cabinet doors so there was no noticeable gap.

We used Great Lakes Home Renovation/ReBath to do a complete remodel of our primary bathroom. Hello,
We had our two bathrooms renovated at our town house by Great Lakes Home Renovation. The work was done by Henry Van Gurp and his assistant Jocelyn. The work started on 8/8 and ended on 8/16 on schedule. Henry and Jocelyn were very professional, courteous and punctual. Henry kept us informed of the project progress and the minor issues that arose throughout the week. They did an excellent job cleaning up after the end of each day while making sure the dust was vacuumed as they did their repairs. They made sure there as little disruption to our day as they worked on the renovation. We are very pleased with the results of renovations and would recommend Great Lakes Home Renovations to our friends. A special thanks to Henry and Jocelyn.
