- Comment: We had a complete bathroom remodel done by Great Lakes. From the salesman to the installers we were most impressed. Huge shout out to the installer, Ben Johnson. He is a gem. Always on time, professional, hard worker and responsive to all our questions and concerns. He totally took the stress out of the project. We can't say enough good things about him. We give him a 5 star plus rating. We absolutely love our new bathroom.
