Comment: Installers were friendly, efficient, and thorough. Door was done in 3 hours. During the process, we discovered an uninsulated cavity below the threshold. The installers went ahead and filled it with some leftover fiberglass insulation I had from a previous project. A dent was found (manufacturer or transit, not from the installers) and steps were immediately taken to rectify the situation (new door slab forthcoming). Very satisfied and loving the new door.
