The initial sales/design contact (Karen) and process was wonderful. The installation team lead by Brady was fantastic and we're happy with the work that was done. It was completed very quickly and ahead of schedule. However, about two weeks prior to installation we were told that the fixtures we had chosen were unavailable and had to choose a different finish. Then the wrong vanity was ordered and installed. The business admitted the mistake, but we were only offered $200 as a refund. While everything still looks beautiful, we can't help but feel we didn't get what we wanted.
