We had our bathtub plus surrounding n vanity sink replaced. It was a 2 day process. Jeffery was our installer. He was very nice and did a good job. He also cleaned up very well after he was finished. Overall, we loved what we saw and Great Lakes is great.

Unfortunately I have to change it to 3 stars. The cover plate (not sure what is called and I don't now know how to attach a picture) that's used to hide the hole where the shower arm comes out is out already. We did not use the shower the two days to give it extra time to dry.
We are little disappointed since we do like our new bath.
Update: they reached out to me to have the over plate. He was nice although i decided to just glue that thing back myself. But I appreciate the call and will work with Great Lakes again. -
