The installers and customer service are great. However I do have concerns about the quality of the product. My initial installation the installer noticed some pieces were bowed. He put the replacement parts on order. We waited additional weeks for the pieces to be made... The second attempt arrives, all pieces fit together correctly... except one of the pieces has a crack in the glass. I'm currently waiting for the replacement piece. Hopefully the third time is the charm (will update).
The windows look good and the customer service has been great and helpful through this process. -
