Joe was our installer for our window project. I could not speak more highly of him. The first time he came out, we were having a garage sale while they worked in the home. He made sure to tarp everything inside, and outside. We had small kids running in the yard, and he was very aware of their presence and made sure to keep everything safe. Our dog escaped during the process, and Joe's co worker chased him down and brought him back to us.
Joe explained all of the windows to us, how they worked and went through a thorough presentation. They cleaned up the windows and all of the items so there was nothing to worry about afterwards.
Our custom windows did not have the framing, so they needed to come back a second time. Joe came out and again treated us so respectfully. He tarped everything, explained the process, and again went above and beyond on the clean up process.
Very thankful for this wonderful experience, and love our Restoration Windows that bring efficiency, but keep the classic look of our 1920s home.
