Comment: I've had Great Lakes replace windows in my house 2 separate times (I'm replacing a few windows at a time vs all at once) and they've been great to work with. From the sales people (Gary) to the customer service people to the installers, everyone I've worked with has been very service oriented, responsive and professional. I'm very happy with my windows and the company!
