New Kitchen Cabinetry in Farmington

March 26, 2018 | Farmington, MN

Since these customers liked their kitchen layout we were able to provide them with a few solutions that could update their space, while still working within the square feet. The first thing we did was recycle the unused, small, center island. With the new space, our Design consultant recommended they extend their new countertop, creating an "L" shape. L shaped kitchens are very popular and a common design choice for kitchens because of their practicality. The customers then chose a door style called Masterpiece and their color as Cascade White.

Kitchen Refacing Project in Farmington

November 17, 2017 | Farmington, MN

Refacing is a very straight-forward process. Since all the cabinet boxes are in good shape, we simply remove the door fronts and apply a veneer to the surface. The customers then pick out their new style of door and decorative hinges. After the boxes are complete our crew then goes to work on the tile backsplash.

Patio Door Replacement in Lakeville

October 04, 2016 | Lakeville, MN

It is not uncommon to find rotting frames and sills when replacing windows and doors. It is always good to get ahead of rotting wood before it does too much damage to a structure. On this patio door we replaced the full frame plus the door.

After, Onyx Walk-in Shower with Brushed Gold Fixtures

Safe and Accessible Master Bathroom Remodel

August 21, 2020 | Apple Valley, MN

Removed shower and tub and enlarged the walk-in shower in the designated space to provide safety and accessibility. The fixtures are Moen and Voss in Brushed Gold. Pony walls were built with the Onyx material. This shower provides custom seating and custom grab bars so the homeowners feel comfortable during their everyday routine.

After, Re-Bath Durabath Brushed Linen Walk-in Shower, Luxury Vinyl Flooring and Freestanding Tub

Lakeville Luxury Master Bathroom Remodel

March 01, 2021 | Lakeville, MN

This master bathroom has a separate tub and shower, they wanted to get rid of the whirl pool tub that was rarely used and replace it with a modern, comfortable freestanding tub. We removed the large tub and replaced it with our Hydro Oasis freestanding tub and oil rubbed bronze fixtures. The old shower was a fiberglass neoangle shower that was small and hard to clean. We removed that shower and enlarged it into this spacious walk-in shower. They chose Durabath Brushed Linen 10x20 surround because it’s groutless and nonporous, making it so easy to clean. The Brushed Linen surround looks stunning with the new MSI flooring they chose. This new luxury master bathroom is not only beautiful but it will be relaxing and easy to clean for a lifetime!
