Job Completion Survey

We had new windows installed in our full house and a new back door. They are wonderful and the service was prompt and the job was completed in 1 day. The crew started at 7am amd left here at 9:30 pm they worked long and hard. They cleaned up every bit of the waste and protected our house with tarps. I am thrilled with the job and our windows.

They replaced nearly all the windows in my house. They were always prompt in arriving, and cleaned up very well each night. The quality of their windows is very high and their installation was great.

They were on time, they did what they said, and the installation looked really good when they were done. They were dependable, and came out on time was a good thing.

We have them out twice in the last 7 years. We are very happy with the product, the service, and the price. They have done excellent work, and provided value to us. The interactions with them was very good, and we have recommended them several times.

They worked quickly. It was done very personally. They cleaned up really well. They got it done in a whole day. Some of our windows are rather big so they did have to do some ordering. It turned out well.

I was very impressed with the knowledge of the person who came out to talk to me about Great Lakes windows. It was largely because of his presentation that I chose Great Lakes after having interviewed 5 other companies. They completed the work very quickly and professionally. They were somewhat more expensive than other companies but I chose them because I was more convinced that they would do the work well and that I would have fewer problems. The windows look great - they have a little more white around the frame which creates more of the appearance of trim which I really like. All in all, a very positive experience.

These guys are so great! Gary got us a great deal and they were installed so quickly! We had ugly, inefficient, 40 year old windows and now we have beautiful new ones that i anticipate will save us a TON of money this winter. We only did 4 windows this time but we plan on doing the rest with these guys next year.

I found Great Lakes window and siding go be an excellent company to do business with. From the salesman Gary, who didn't push me into anything I didn't want and was offered a superior product compared to several other window companies. The amount of quality for not much more than Home Depot is worth every penny. The installers were very professional and I could tell that they took pride in their work which makes me confident in the long-term craftsmanship. My installers only install for Great Lakes which makes them reliable. I've heard too many horror stories of big-box chain stores who contract their installers. Thank you Joe and Chuck you did great work!!!!

We have had windows, shower and door installs completed. We have been happy with all of them. The most recent door installs were great. The crew (Joe, Chuck and Cesar) did an excellent job. They worked effortlessly together and was like clockwork! Would definitely recommend!

From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. We found these guys at the State Fair and just decided to schedule an appointment for a free estimate since we were looking for windows for our entire house. The salesman came out and was incredibly knowledgeable about the product he was selling. I never felt pressured at all and he did his best to accommodate our financial restrictions. We received financing on the spot and scheduled everything that night! The whole experience was really easy. The workers that came out to our house were right on time. And when I say right on time, I mean to the minute. I was really surprised actually. They were incredibly friendly and you could tell they really took pride in what they were doing. They were clean and worked really hard. Just 2 people put in 7 windows in one day. They still had our patio door to install and to place all the trim on the windows so they came back the very next morning to finish. We were at work at the time and as they finished earlier in the day, we didn't see them leave. The worker left his phone number for us to call when we got home so that he could come back and show us how everything worked and how to clean them etc... Couldn't ask for a better experience. Great job guys; I'll be referring you to everyone that needs work done!

They did all of the windows on our house and we could not be happier. Most of the windows were installed 8 years ago, and we haven't had a single problem. They open beautifully, and are sooooo much easier to clean. 2 years ago, we replaced our sliding glass door, and the remaining windows. The installation process was very smooth both times, and they were very diligent to leave our property as they found it. No loose nails or debris in our yard. We are thrilled with the work, and would absolutely use them again. We have recommended them to many friends, and to my knowledge, they have all been very happy. You can't beat the quality and the service for the price!

Great Lakes Window & Siding exceeded my expectations. The entire process - from the info session, to the sales process, measuring, purchase, and window install - was seamless and transparent. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I even felt completely comfortable leaving my door wide open for the installer to complete the project when I left for work. One person installed new windows in 1/2 my house in one day - impressive! Thanks for a job well done. My new windows are beautiful!

The salesman used the high-pressure, if-you-buy-now-we'll-give-you-a-discount tactic. We were able to get more off the price by agreeing to pay with a check instead of with credit. I think if you do have them out for a quote, say that you've received quotes from other companies or actually get quotes from other companies. I believe it was supposed to take a day for installation, but it ended up taking 2 1/2 days, meaning I had to work from home during that time, which is good and bad, I suppose. I do really like the windows.
