My husband and I are extremely happy with the product and the intallation of our windows through Great Lakes Siding & Windows.

The sales presentation was professional and he knew the product well. He even stopped over after a sales presentation at our neighbors' house to check and see how we like our windows.

We also had a great installation process. Joe is the best! He is very knowledgeable and does a thorough job with every window, door, screen and yes, smoke detectors & carbon monoxide detector. You can tell he enjoys his job. To me, these are important qualities when dealing with a investment like windows.

During the process, we had a few communication issues and it took a little longer than expected. Once I contacted the right people, everything was fixed as promised.

My husband and I will definitely go with Great Lakes again for our future projects especially the kitchen remodel and the upgrade to our bathroom.
