We recently redid our tub and shower in one of our bathrooms. Mike the installer did an excellent job, previously we had a very heavy tub and tile that had to be dismantled which was difficult. He handled it very well and professionally. We also greatly appreciated the quick turnaround time and we only have one full bathroom with a shower. Gary our sales contact was very nice to deal with as well. The end result is great and a definitely improvement over what we had. The plumbing was done correctly as well which we greatly appreciate. Thank you for our new bathtub and shower.

My fiance and I had won their drawing for 10 free windows! Even though we were getting an amazing deal, their customer service was still excellent! It isn't easy letting people into your home to work on it, but everyone was so polite and respectful. They were able to accommodate our schedules and were very professional. Great Lakes was incredible to work with and I would recommend them to anyone!

Overall I was very pleased with my experience with Great Lakes Windows and Siding. First the cons...the sales pitch was lengthy and could have been shortened significantly. Second, the door had a noticable issue when opening and closing but the installer didn't address it even when pointed out. That's all the cons. The pros... They had a 25% off MN state fair discount which helped considerably and was the deal-maker for us. Also, when I called a few days after the install to address the issue with the door opening and closing they were very sympathetic and apologetic and readily remedied the issue. Also, the scheduling of the install was very professional and the crew arrived at the right time, did a great job on the install, and cleaned up well after they left. We love our door and would definitely use them again.

New Kitchen Cabinetry in Farmington
March 26, 2018
Since these customers liked their kitchen layout we were able to provide them with a few solutions that could update their space, while still working within the square feet. The first thing we did was recycle the unused, small, center island. With the new space, our Design consultant recommended they extend their new countertop, creating an "L" shape. L shaped kitchens are very popular and a common design choice for kitchens because of their practicality. The customers then chose a door style called Masterpiece and their color as Cascade White.
Kitchen Refacing Project in Farmington
November 17, 2017
Refacing is a very straight-forward process. Since all the cabinet boxes are in good shape, we simply remove the door fronts and apply a veneer to the surface. The customers then pick out their new style of door and decorative hinges. After the boxes are complete our crew then goes to work on the tile backsplash.

Hi, was hoping to get a quote on some work we need done in our master bathroom here in Farmington. We have a linoleum floor that has broken away from the wall and we believe there is some damage to the subfloor due to water leaking down. It is a small hold but definitely need to get it fixed. In addition, we need the shower re-grouted and sealed up.
Are you available to come out and give us a quote?

Hello, We had windows installed back in 2003, lately we have been getting a lot of condensation inside the insulated glass in a kitchen bay windows, is there a way to tell if the window is defective? Is this normal? Is this something someone would need to come out and look at to determine the cause of it? phone call or email would be great, thank you! Kevin Adrian
