Pretty good, could have used two guys for the demolition so they could have finished in a more timely manner.

Had a new Great Lakes tub and surround installed. The entire process was very smooth, and the installers were easily the best I have ever worked with.

That service turned out very well. We are very pleased. They did a great job. The part they did for us it took 1 week. I worked with a sales person first, who has some basic knowledge. We did have an unusual set up, so when the installers came out it took them awhile to do some planing. I feel like there could have been a better way for them to work through that, instead of using time in our house doing that.
They did show up on time and they cleaned up after themselves. They were good about keeping us up to date and they communicated well. They were also contentious when they did the demolition too. The price was also appropriate for what we got.

While one of the people was out to look at our water pressure issue no one has yet been out to install the correct shower head or correct the other issues that were left.

Our job we had you do has a number of minor things that need to be finished/corrected before the job for our bathroom model is complete and we can feel comfortable posting our before and after pictures on social media.
1. None of the shower fixtures have been sealed to prevent water from getting behind them. Grab bars, spigot, water control handle, soap tray.
2. The corner for the wall from the tub to the closet was not finished. There's a chunk missing between where the portion the installers pulled off sheet rock to where they melded it with the existing. I believe the new corner should have been rounded to match the old.
3. The cover for the plumbing access for the tub was not replaced, and a hole was left in the baseboard where it was mounted. It could have been cut to allow the baseboard to go all the way across the bottom. I don't know why they didn't ask my wife about that.
4. Some of the caulk lines still have holes and aren't very neat.
5. The plug for the sink will not stay closed when you lift the handle to seal it.
It would be great if the guy coming to replace the incorrect shower head on Monday could fix these issues then as well.
