Jessi is one of the people who may visit with you when you are considering a bathroom update. She has always had a passion for helping others…two-legged & four-legged others. Jessi started her career as an Animal Care Tech where she enjoyed making a difference every day. What she loves about working with homeowners is doing the best she can to help create the bathroom of their dreams. Every day and every project is unique and gives her the chance to come up with new ideas that make each project special. Jessi has really enjoyed working with Great Lakes because of the team atmosphere.
Jessi is planning a wedding that keeps her pretty busy while not at work. She also loves working on things around her own house and spending time with her 3 dogs.

Henry did a great job remodeling our bathroom, was very open, honest, and professional when talking through the options and fun to be around. He even helped shovel our driveway after the snow! Thanks for the great work!

Pretty good, could have used two guys for the demolition so they could have finished in a more timely manner.

I had my bathtub and surround replaced. My installer was Blake. He was very professional, courteous, and personable. It was a two day project. On the first day he did all the tear-down, pulled the old tub, and got the new one installed. The second day was inspection of the plumbing and then installing the surround and the hardware. I thought he did a great job. What a difference! It's so bright and clean and new looking. He also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Not only at the end of the project, but at the end of the first day. All the drop cloths were removed, the tools were gathered up and stored in a corner of the bathroom and the floor was swept. Great job, Blake!

Leak-free Bath in New Hope

Solution Provided: Big jobs make for beautiful results! This bathroom was a full tear-out in New Hope. We demolished the tile floor and took out the old fiberglass shower. Since this customer was concerned about leaking (so concerned in fact, they hadn't used this shower in 20 years!) We did a thorough examination before installing @the The Onyx Collection, Inc. shower pan and walls. Once we finished up with the shower door, it was time for the new floor. Then, we added the toilet and vanity.
Of course, this bathroom wouldn't be the same without the accessories! Two grab bars, a corner seat and a corner caddy make this remodel both safe and stylish! But best of all leak-free!

Solution Provided: We took out the one piece fiberglass shower and recycled it. We put in a custom shower basin and Onyx walls. We installed a bypass shower door and new fixtures in oil rubbed bronze.
